Financial
The company is 100% independent and ever since 2004 profitable. Also 2009 has been profitable. 93% of our transferred product volume has been ordered directly at J&Y, which we have been able to finance ourselves. At the start of 2010 there are no ongoing warrantee issues. The total amount involved in 2009 in warrantee has been reduced compared to 2008, with a turnover which is approximately the same. J&Y has a credit account with HSBC Bank in Shanghai suitable to pre-finance order, but this has not been used in 2009. The expected turnover and profit development for 2010 is positive. In 2010 the import, distribution and sales of food products will become a substantial part of the J&Y turnover (>5%). J&Y is has much more to offer than a normal consultant or agent in China.
